AGRI-BIOCIRCULAR-HUB Launches Open Call: EUR 50,000 Grants for SMEs and Startups in Poland, Latvia, and Ukraine
The AGRI-BIOCIRCULAR-HUB project has launched its Open Call for Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP). The call offers EUR 50,000 grants to 12 SMEs and startups from Poland, Latvia, and Ukraine to develop, test, or scale innovative solutions that advance sustainable agriculture and the circular bioeconomy. Applications are open until 31 July 2026.
The call is structured around seven thematic challenge areas — from circular nutrient management and soil health to bio-based inputs, water-smart farming, and data-driven pest management. Each applicant selects one challenge and proposes a hands-on activity at TRL 4 or above: a pilot, test, validation, or optimisation that generates measurable results within 12 months.
Selected projects receive the full EUR 50,000 as a lump-sum grant with no co-financing requirement, plus a structured 12-month support programme: a dedicated programme adviser, monthly workshops, access to the project’s pan-European network, expert mentoring, a study visit to a partner facility, and a final pitch event. Grant recipients retain full ownership of all intellectual property developed during the project.
Eligibility is open to SMEs and startups legally registered in Poland, Latvia, or Ukraine with fewer than 250 employees and a turnover not exceeding EUR 50 million. Consortia of up to two entities are also eligible. Ukraine-registered companies can apply regardless of EU membership status.
EUR 50,000 lump-sum grant per project — 12 projects funded, 4 per country — 100% funded, no co-financing
31 July 2026 application deadline — 17:00 CEST — submissions via the F6s platform
Full guidelines, the Proposal Template, and the F6s application form are available on the Open Call page. Reading the Guidelines for Applicants PDF before submitting is strongly recommended, as it contains the complete eligibility criteria, evaluation process, and submission instructions.
