Join Our Open Call Webinar — 10 June 2026, 12:00 CET
The AGRI-BIOCIRCULAR-HUB Open Call is live and accepting applications until 31 July 2026. To help SMEs and startups across Poland, Latvia, and Ukraine prepare a strong proposal, we are hosting a free online information webinar on Wednesday, 10 June 2026 at 12:00 CET.
Date: Wednesday, 10 June 2026
Time: 12:00 CET (Brussels time)
Format: Online · approximately 60 minutes · free of charge
Registration: https://form.typeform.com/to/EgGufUDQ (registration required)
What We Will Cover
In approximately 60 minutes, the Open Call Management Team will walk applicants through all aspects of the call:
The opportunity. A full overview of what AGRI-BIOCIRCULAR-HUB offers: a EUR 50,000 lump-sum grant, 12 months of structured mentoring and monthly workshops, a study visit to a partner facility, a final pitch event before stakeholders and investors, and full retention of intellectual property.
The 7 challenge areas. A presentation of each thematic challenge — from circular nutrients and soil health to data-driven integrated pest management and bio-based farm inputs — and practical guidance on identifying where a given solution fits best.
Eligibility. A clear explanation of who can apply (SMEs and startups legally registered in Poland, Latvia, or Ukraine at TRL 4 or above) and the most common reasons proposals are disqualified at the eligibility review stage.
The application package. A walkthrough of the Proposal Template, required annexes, page limits, and formatting requirements.
Submission on F6s. A step-by-step demonstration of the F6s submission platform used for this call.
Evaluation and timeline. How proposals are evaluated, by whom, and when applicants will receive notification of the outcome.
Live Q&A. Participants are encouraged to bring specific questions about their proposals or the call process. The Open Call team will address as many as possible during the session.
Who Should Attend
The webinar is particularly relevant for founders, CEOs, and technical leads of SMEs and startups legally registered in Poland, Latvia, or Ukraine who are working on sustainable agriculture or circular bioeconomy solutions at TRL 4 or above. Innovation managers, accelerators, regional development agencies, and university technology transfer offices supporting potential applicants are also welcome to attend.
If You Cannot Attend Live
The session will be recorded and published on this page shortly after the event, together with the presentation slides and a written summary of the Q&A. Registration is still encouraged for those unable to attend live, as it ensures the recording and any follow-up communications are sent directly.
Preparation
Participants are encouraged to review the Guidelines for Applicants (PDF) and the Proposal Template (DOCX) before the webinar. Both documents are available on the Open Call page. Reviewing them in advance allows for more focused, specific questions during the live session.
