ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
The company was established in 2001, we specialize in recycling, compounding and trading of plastics. The extensive machinery park allows for the processing of approx. 40 types of thermoplastic polymers (including bio-based and biodegradable polymers). The high quality of our products – regrinds and regranulates – allows them to be used in several sectors such as: automotive, construction, as well as footwear, textile and packaging industries. The quality of materials is supervised by specialists from our laboratory equipped with the modern, certified measuring devices.
The company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and has received a national patent for its custom-designed extruder technology. Through collaboration with the Częstochowa University of Technology and participation in R&D projects, it has gained recognition in the fields of sustainable plastics and advanced polymer research.
ROLE IN THE PROJECT
– Support to the implementation of the R&I regional pilot #1 WP3, T3.2.1 Valorization of agricultural waste and development of value-added products,
– Contribute to the specification and validation of product results,
– Support the implementation, with an end-user perspective, with interest in producing the selected bioplastic accessories on an industrial scale.
– Compounding and some laboratory tests for validation of product results.
